Sielresidenz right on the water
Welcome to our beautiful, non-smoking Sielresidenz apartment on the top floor of the building at Achterum 19, located in Greetsiel with a view of the “new Greetsiel Sieltief.” The Zwillingsmühlen, the town center, and the harbor are all within easy walking distance.
From the south-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the neighboring gardens and the “new Greetsiel Sieltief.” The apartment is allergy-friendly; the flooring consists of tiles, and laminate flooring has been installed in the attic.
On the balcony, you’ll find 4 chairs, a parasol, and a table. Two of these chairs can be converted into a sun lounger.
There is also a garden shed where you can store any bicycles you bring with you. A power outlet is also available so you can recharge your e-bikes.
The apartment includes a shared dock (shared with 2 other units) right on the beautiful Greetsiel Sieltief, where you can moor your rented or personal boat or simply enjoy being near the water.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has 2 single beds in the attic. Each bedroom is equipped with a satellite HD TV. The bedroom windows are fitted with blackout blinds and fly screens.
A travel crib and a high chair are available to you free of charge.
The living area features underfloor heating and, as a special highlight, a pellet stove. This allows you to enjoy cozy moments even when the weather is bad. From October through April, we provide you with a free supply of pellets for the stove per stay.
This way, you can enjoy the cozy warmth of a crackling fire at the touch of a button right after you arrive.
The independent living room ventilation system with heat recovery efficiently supplies the apartment with fresh air while saving energy.
Adjacent to the spacious living-dining area is the very well-equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto pad machine, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a washer-dryer (combination of washing machine and dryer).
An iron, an ironing board, and a clothes drying rack are, of course, also provided.
The shower room offers ample storage space for your toiletries. The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth after your shower. A hair dryer is, of course, included.
For entertainment, an HD TV with a connected Blu-ray player is available in the living area. You’ll also find a stereo system here. Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with an HD TV with satellite reception.
In the attic, you’ll find an infrared sauna that you can use free of charge during your stay. It offers the option of additional color light therapy. With the built-in radio/CD player, you can enjoy the relaxing effects while listening to soothing music.
