The spacious living/dining area features a well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more.
A large LCD TV with radio, CD/DVD/Blu-ray player provides entertainment.
The apartment is fully tiled, with comfortable underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom. The windows are equipped with electric exterior shutters.
There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
A tastefully furnished bedroom with a double bed and a spacious closet, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower, towel warmer, bidet, and toilet (a hair dryer is also provided!), make this vacation rental perfect.
A furnished terrace with an adjoining small garden for relaxing in the sun and a covered area for your bicycles is also available. Two bicycles are available for your use free of charge (subject to availability!).
A private parking space is also available.

The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
