This first-floor apartment is ideally located within a 5-minute walk of Porto San Paolo\'s center of boutiques, supermarkets, and restaurants and Loiri\'s lovely beach. Located in Il Vecchio Faro Residence, the apartment has a small terrace with outdoor seating and can comfortably accommodate 2 people. It is the perfect base for exploring the northeastern coast of Sardinia.
Inside, the open-plan, air-conditioned living room overlooks the terrace and is furnished with a comfortable fold-out double bed, a dining table, a storage unit, and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.

Located in a Marine Protected Area, the surrounding sea is famous for its splendid turquoise color and the island of Tavolara dominates the coastal landscape. Porto San Paolo is developed around a small marina where visitors can take a ferry to visit Tavolara and other nearby islands. Visitors can also enjoy the many boutiques, restaurants, and bars. Nearby beaches accessible on foot, including Loiri, are great places for snorkeling and diving.
Two of North Sardinia\'s most famous beaches are also within easy reach: La Cinta (a 15-minute drive away) and Lu Impostu (an 11-minute drive away). Numerous sports activities are available nearby, including surfing, diving, horseback riding, tennis, and golf.
Olbia Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property, while the port of Olbia is about 35 minutes by car.
