The Rainbow River Bungalows is the perfect destination for a fun and restful getaway! Stay in one of our private units and have all the conveniences of an outdoor paradise just outside your door! Enjoy FREE access to the Rainbow River via the Marion County KP Hole Boat Ramp, perfect for launching your boat or kayak. Our community center has a huge chess and Connect Four boards, so you can challenge yourself or your friends. Grill the perfect dinner on our outdoor grills or roast some S`mores by the fire! Dogs and kids will love the dog walking area and public garden beds. Take a leisurely walk and enjoy hammocks for a great afternoon of relaxation. Bungalow D is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom open floor plan unit with an inviting front deck seating area. Get ready for an unforgettable getaway when you choose the Rainbow River Bungalows!

*Please be respectful of common quiet hours of 8pm-8am.
*Please keep dogs leashed and clean up after them.
*Please no open flames in the units
*Please no parties
*Please no smoking (including vaping) or use use of illegal substances.
*$30 per person per night after 4 guests
*Pet fee includes 2 dogs. Additional pets allowed with prior approval and additional pet fee. Please inquire with host.
*Please count the lanyards in your unit, there is a $25 fee for each missing lanyard upon your departure.
*If the home needs attention during your stay please notify me immediately so that we can remedy it during your stay. Guest are responsible for any damage that occurs to the bungalow during their stay.
*All units are on a septic system, please do not flush anything down toilet other than toilet paper.
*Upon checkout there is a $100 hold on the card on file for incidentals. This is not a charge. The hold will fall off the card in 30 days, if there are no damages.
*There is a 5% processing fee on ALL REFUNDS. Guest may cancel 60 days prior to checkin for full refund minus 5% processing fee. 50 % refund minus 5% processing fee for refunds made more than 30 days in advance. There are no refunds less than 30 days prior to checkin.

This was a great girl's trip spot. The bungalow was perfect, very comfortable and extremely clean. The location was great for river fun. Please note there isn't direct river access from the bungalows, but KP Hole park is a very short walk away. (right next-door) The location is quiet, and we felt secluded, yet we were close to everything.

The bungalow was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Very cute and close to KP hole. The common areas were nice and we enjoyed a night with our friends and family. We rented a total of 6 bungalows. Absolutely loved Rainbow Springs but be aware that the passes we receive does not let us utilize KP hole facilities or the parking lot. We are only allowed to use the boat ramp to launch our own vessels.

Previous occupants left a stinky mess and housekeepers couldn't get it cleared. Pets left a mess in the yard that wasn't cleaned up.
The unit is a low cost mobile home quality. Everything but the bedding seemed to be low cost done on the cheap. The refrigerator doesn't have an ice maker or ice trays or water dispenser. Silverware was incomplete and mismatched. No usable wash cloths in the baths. The one cloth looks like it was used to clean the floor.
The positives are the location and the willingness of the housekeepers to try make it better They were working to try to get it cleaned up all the way to check in time.
This trip was a multi-family vacation and we were able to compare Unit D to the others. Several of the other units were nice so I would book a different one next time.
No problem with management or owner but I was disappointed with physical quality of Unit D.
