Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private two-bedroom apartment built in 1895 features a traditional floor plan with a modern kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 65” Smart TV.
Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.
Spacious living room includes a comfy sleeper sofa for guests seeking additional sleeping accommodations, a shared backyard, onsite parking, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.
The heating system will only be available in October until the end of April, or the beginning of May.

Laundry machines are not available for guest use at this time, however there is a local laundromat nearby about 1.2 miles away.
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

The property was immaculate and so comfortable. We were visiting Boston with our nephew. The rooms were comfortable. The beds are perfect. The area is very nice and quiet but close to some amazing restaurants and local shopping. Very easy trip into the city.

It was four of us, two couples. The place was clean and comfortable. Nicely appointed with kitchen and bathroom supplies. We had booked roughly four months in advance. You must be 100% convinced you are going keep it because the refund policy is very restrictive. We tried to cancel almost two months out and we were told no refund was possible. Don’t get stuck in that position.
