Charming house with enclosed garden, 100m from the market.
Beautiful townhouse with terrace and garden, located 350 m from the central market.
Very bright house completely renovated.
, it consists on the first floor of the living room with open and fully equipped kitchen, oven, induction hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine... WC. Access to the terrace and the garden through a glass door. You will access the first floor by a narrow spiral staircase where you will find 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.

The accommodation
A pretty house with light tones,
Cosy atmosphere.
It can accommodate you as a couple, but you will also be welcome with family or friends.
Comfortable, well equipped, nice décor, you will enjoy your stay.
Other remarks
On arrival, you will have the basic necessities, namely shower gel, detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, washing machine detergent, disposable tissues.
However, I do not renew stocks during your stay.

No party or party
Pets are not allowed.
NB: An OPTIONAL service that allows you to either bring your own bed linen, or to rent it on site (linen for both beds, towels and dish towels for the entire duration of the stay.) Free private parking 10 minutes walk from the Léon house (on request)

It was a lovely property. However, I think the stairs should have been mentioned as they were quite difficult to get up and down. We are fairly fit but I think anyone older than us might have struggled. The toilet was downstairs and having to go down them in the night was not great. Yvette was very prompt and friendly with her replies to our queries. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and cute house ideally located in La Rochelle. High quality beds and furnitures.
Quiet place with lovely litle garden.
