Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place was very clean and well kept. The communication from the management company was prompt and appreciated. Location is fantastic, parking is a little tight below but manageable. Will rent again when we are in the area.

I only gave 4 stars because the carpet in the living room was old and soiled and no propane gas in the grill.

Location was great! Some things that fell short, the couch’s were very uncomfortable, kitchen chairs were wobbly, one very small frying pan - we bought food to cook and we were unable to, and
