About this house rental
Set in the foothills of WV, this cozy cabin on 2 acres is a haven to get away from it all. Bright and clean and an easy drive set in a central location from Winchester, VA, Summit Point, WV, Charles Town Race Track and the historic towns of Harpers Ferry and Shepherdstown, WV. Guests have stayed with us to visit family, spent their days hiking and tubing on the C&O and Potomac river, others have gone on multi-state golf retreats, had family vacations, stayed for stargazing or spent the weekend for a romantic getaway. This home away from home sits on a beautiful quiet piece of land and now has an added small fenced in area to sit and drink your coffee or hang out in the evenings. There is a dollar general and pizza shop less than a mile away for last minute snacks or dinner. Let us know if you have anything special that would make your stay better. Fabulous location, awesome hosts! Cozy Cabin is welcoming and quite comfy. Close to the interstate and easily accessible to local venues. Look forward to being a “regular” for future family visits! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

Enjoyed our stay at Cozy Cabin. Great communication with host. Very nice, comfortable, clean home that was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. Tony and Tara were very friendly and amazing hosts.

Well they need to spray property for bugs. We always had little pincher bugs and centipedes in house. I hate hugs BUT I was the adult and had to kill bug’s every day and night. I know it’s dog friendly home but whoever does cleaning does not wash sofa covers they were filthy and bedding was nasty and had to put sheet on spar bed off the living room area no sheet under comforter. Twin beds didn’t even have fitted sheets on them. Remote for room with twin beds had no batteries or cover and just kept switching batteries from other remotes. No salt or pepper or oils or basic cooking seasoning stuff. I bought my own stuff. It was ok for money but probably won’t stay at this location again not fan of the bugs but Tara was nice and responded fast when I sent message to her.
