About this house rental
Our lake home has given our family countless memories and now we want to share it with you! We recently converted an unused pantry into a half bathroom on the main level. The lower level has two bedrooms with several bed options, and a family room with bunk bed, tv, games and toys, and full bathroom. Our cabin has room for family and friends for fun and relaxation enjoying a wide variety of activities in the peaceful Wisconsin countryside!
Although our cabin is amazing, it is on a steep and narrow piece of property and is NOT handicap friendly. There are many steps, ledges, rocky paths and steep climbs where people can get hurt and children can run off too quickly. Please be aware of this when booking, and advise everyone in your party to respect dock safety rules (we do not allow children on the dock without a life jacket on and adult present), to be mindful when walking around. Also, feel free to back your vehicle down the driveway to park or unload your vehicle (weather/driveway conditions permitting) but it is steep and narrow, so do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage sustained to your vehicle or the property backing down the driveway.

The stay was very relaxing....we enjoyed the outdoors seeing and hearing the loons ...Plenty of sleeping areas the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. We enjoyed playing cards on the deck and sitting around the camp fire telling stories about a cabin in the woods by the lake. A lovely stay.

We showed up on a Friday afternoon after a 3 hour ride from Wausau - upon arriving we got caught in a small rain storm about 2 miles out so when we got to the house we were definitely ready to just get inside and relax. Once we got in it was easily noticeable that this place is loved even when’s it not being rented out. The family that owns this house has memories here and are continuing to make them. Which makes them opening it up to other even more special. We had a bachelor party here and with 9 bikers it can get a bit wild. The rules were simple and things were supplied that were then taken care. The owner was great with communication and clarifying some things that I wanted to make sure were okay! The lake was a perfect temp to jump in right off the dock. The fire pit is setup perfectly to just enjoy the space - especially with a game of corn hole going. It was easy to clean up to get ready to go since the living room/dining room/ kitchen are all dead center with a big island in the middle to centralize the groceries and drinks.
We made some memories here too! A lot of friends became even closer.

Our group of 11 guys enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space for hanging out and enough beds for our whole group. We were pleasantly surprised that the Casino had shuttle to take us to and from the cabin as well.
