One camera is a doorbell in the front of the house facing the driveway with a sliced view of the front door. The other 2 are flood lights in the back facing the pool and patio. We take your privacy and safety very seriously. No cameras are monitored while guests are present unless there is an emergency.

Six of us stayed at Jodi’s property for a bachelorette trip and had a blast! The house has such a fun vibe and plenty of beds. We appreciated the extra touches and the fun decor. The house is in a cute residential neighborhood, and we felt very safe.We had a rental car but also were able to get Uber / Lyft when needed into downtown St Petersburg and to the Sarasota Airport. We appreciated being 2 minutes from Publix. We also really enjoyed being close to the beautiful beaches of Indian Rocks Beach (less than 10 minutes) and Madeira Beach (less than 15 minutes). We also were able to do some shopping in John’s Pass and chartered a boat out of Treasure Island. We did have one unexpected issue that prevented us from using the pool for the first couple of days of our trip, but Jodi was extremely responsive to our communication and worked hard to get the situation resolved so that we could enjoy the pool.If we ever return to the area for another girls’ trip or for a trip with family, we would absolutely consider staying at Jodi’s property again!

Just booked this past weekend and everything was great!! The house was exactly how it was advertised, super clean and perfect for our group of 11. Jodi was super responsive during the whole weekend and appreciated everything!! We even were able to get early check in which was so sweet. Would 10/10 recommend and stay here again!
