A fantastic stay with great service and a cozy apartment—highly recommended!

The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only downside was the absence of an air conditioning unit, which would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Silent, spacey rooms. Well staffed kitchen. Bathroom everything new and cleen. Toillet with water spray. Only 3 minutes to walk to Natrun Cab.

Brilliant place, kind staff and awesome location!

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We arrived late and they were still waiting for us. Everything was prepared and they helped us with all our queries. The place is modern, very clean and equipped with all sorts of comfi things. We were in a studio which was big enough for our family of 4 and we had a great time there. They also had a lift in the property which made moving our luggage easy. The location is also amazing right in the center. Thanks for Erika for her welcoming and kindness.

The matresses were not that comfortable. I have to note though, that we are suffering of some back pain due to other reasons.

Big apartment- good for family of 6. located near town center - close to shops/restaurants/events

we stayed in top floor (3). elevator only reaches 2 floor. low ceiling in the bedrooms - banged head when forgot to be careful.

Very good

Great location with a double mountain view, balcony, near to a supermarket, bus stop, lift and still quiet at night. Modern renovated bathroom, kitchen with all important appliances, quite a big living room. Hochkönig card was included and allowed us to use lifts and other attractions. Very clean appartment and hall, friendly owners, pleasant to stay there.

There was a wasp nest behind our balcony and every time we were outside, there were angry wasps flying around. We notified the owners, but nothing was undertaken. We would have enjoyed our stay more.

the location was perfect, supermarket just around the corner along with a bakery. loads of restaurants within minutes. having the ski rentals in the same building was ideal. the rooms was very clean with a modern bathroom.

Comfortable stay in great location

The room was great, complete kitchen appliances & cooking equipments to cook dinner on rainy days. Checking in was easy, just picked up the package & keys. The Hochkonig cards were a nice surprise. We got to use the cards to go up on the cable car and swimming pool. Billa supermarket is conveniently located behind the apartment.

De locatie is top, middenin het dorp op slechts enkele minuten lopen van de grootste skilift. Prima apprtement (in ons geval voor 2 personen) met volledig uitgeruste keuken. Badkamer was ook mooi. Alles super schoon en aardig en behulpzaam personeel.

Alles was super! Enige tip: Het koffiezet apparaat is met cupjes van Tassimo. Het soort benodigde cupjes zou handig zijn ergens te vermelden of 2 cups erbij te leggen bij aankomst. De billa was die dag gesloten dus we konden deze niet kopen helaas (en in de billa waren van veel merken en maten koffie cups te krijgen dus we hadden initieel de verkeerde).

Perfekte Unterkunft - ehrliche Empfehlung!

Unser Apartment war trotz seiner geringen Größe sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber, die Lage perfekt. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, sehr entgegenkommend und immer verfügbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und kommen gern wieder!

Uns hat alles gefallen. Für sehr großgewachsene Menschen ist aber wichtig zu wissen, dass das kleinste Apartment unter einer Dachschräge liegt.

Ist wieder eine Reise wert

Vom Ankommen bis zur Abreise war es ein schöner Urlaub. Maria Alm ist ein kleines, schönes Dorf wo man alles findet, was man braucht. In unserer Ferienwohnung fühlten wir uns richtig wohl. Man hatte immer ein offenes Ohr, wenn nötig, wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Die Wohnung war klein, aber für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Sie war gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir konnten alles fußläufig erreichen. Egal ob zum Einkauf oder zum Bus, wenn wir wo anders hin wollten. Das Auto braucht man eigentlich nicht. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.

Für uns war das Bett zu niedrig und die Matratzen sehr weich. Aber das ist eher ein persönliches Empfinden. Der nächste Gast wird es vllt. nicht so sehen.

قرية جميلة قريبة من بعض المعالم السياحية وجود سنتر قريب واسواق محلية وايضا بالقرب منها بقالة بيلا خلف الشقة ومنح الساكنين فيها بطاقات للصيف مجانية واجمل مافيها شقة رقم 6 إطلالة جميلة جدا

Prima verblijf

Het uitzicht was prachtig en de locatie was ook ideaal. Alle uitjes waren in de buurt. Wat ook super was, dat we een gratis openbaarvervoer kaart kregen en een pas om allerlei uitjes waaronder de skilift gratis te bezoeken.

De bedden waren niet heel comfortabel. Het fornuis duurde lang tot deze op temperatuur was, daarom duurde het lang tot het eten klaar was. Dit was jammer.

ايجابيات الشقة جميله وشرحه ونظيفه وريحتها لطيفه القرية هادئة وجميله قريب منها سوبر ماركت بيلا ومخبز يعطونك بطاقة المنطقة فيها بعض الخصومات اصحاب الشقق عندهم محل ملابس في نفس المبنى فيستقبلونك عند وصولك في ريسبشن صغير وهم جدا لطيفين وودودين يوجد شطاف في الحمام مواقف مجانية

سلبيات لا يوجد صابون استحمام تصريف الماي في الحمام مو سريع الاسره شوي مو مريحين لا يوجد مكيف

لن اكرر الزيارة للمكان

استقبلونا بورقة شديدة اللهجة بزيادة الاسعار في حال الالتزام باغلاق الانارة والاكتفاء باقل شي .. وعدم استخدام الماء الا للضرورة بحكم ان المياه غالية وتنظيف المكان قبل المغادرة المناشف لا يتم تغييرها بشكل يومي لايوجد تنظيف للغرف يوميا وانما تطلب برسوم اضافية ….
