Vacation in style at our Modern Family Villa. 4BR/4.5BA, convenient location for exploring Zion & Sand Hollow Parks, minutes from St. George. Private hot tub, patio dining, access to community amenities including pool, hot tub, splash pad & pickleball courts. You can't beat this location, just seconds from I-15 & SR-9 making traveling to St George, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Sand Hallow, and many other great activities a breeze.
The neighborhood is mostly Vacation Rentals, the surrounding homes all share the community pool/spa and pickleball courts
Keyless entry to the home. The house fob provides access to the pool, pickleball court, and splash pad. There is trailer and boat parking in the community (extra long stalls are first come first served)
Escape to our beautifully decorated home in the heart of Southern Utah. This 4BR/4.5BA home offers a comfortable, modern feel with a large open kitchen and living room filled with natural light. The kitchen is fully-stocked and perfect for cooking and entertaining. Upstairs you'll find a second living area with plenty of seating and a large flatscreen TV. The bunk room features custom-built twin over full bunk beds, individual nightlights and charging stations, and plush mattresses for ultimate comfort.
Relax in the private hot tub or grill up a feast on the deluxe BBQ grill on one of our three outdoor areas. We came to the area with friends for a golf trip. The place worked perfectly for two couples. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciated the availability of pantry items like spices etc. that we could use and did not have to purchase. Checkin was super easy. Tyler and Amy were excellent to deal with and replied promptly to any questions and concerns we had. We definitely enjoyed our stay in the area. Thank you.

Property was very clean and the owners were very timely with their communications even checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Location is very convenient for day trips to Zion.
