Overall very cute and clean. The neighborhood has a stinky sulfur smell, that I was unaware of beforehand, which limited the outdoor sitting time I had envisioned. Overall would recommend this house, but would advise clients to beware the lagoon smell.

Property was clean and safe. The three bathrooms and bathrooms gave us all privacy and space.

Good house close to the ocean and tucked away from tourist traps in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was good except communication from Padres Escapes. They requested personal identification through text or email. This is not a safe practice and required locating their office to rectify.
