About this villa rental
This villa is centrally located within the Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center. It’s perfect for golfers, pickleballers, and tennis players. Let’s not forget the families who want to spend time at the beach. A short, level 10-minute walk will give you access to miles of pristine coastal sand and water.
You’ll be glad you chose this large two-bedroom villa. It features a fully equipped kitchen with countertop seating for two and a washer/dryer.
The villa’s main living areas have all new plank-style flooring throughout. The living room has a large sectional sofa and an HDTV. A slider provides access to your private deck which overlooks Palmetto Dunes’ 11-mile lagoon system. The outdoor covered deck has a dining table that seats four and provides a wonderful space to sit and relax during your stay.
The bedrooms are situated on opposite ends of the villa. Both are almost identical in size with two queen beds each, HDTVs, and en-suite bathrooms. Both bathrooms have been fully remodeled. The first en-suite features a double sink vanity and a large tiled walk-in shower. The second en-suite bathroom includes a beautifully tiled tub and shower combination.
There is a community pool complex just steps away from the front door. A community outdoor grill is also available for use. A bridge behind Centre Court makes it incredibly easy to walk to Alexander’s Restaurant, Hilton Head Outfitters bike and kayak rentals, the General Store, and the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. The Fazio Golf Course is also a short walk down the street.
You will also have access to 24 pickleball courts and 19 tennis courts. By renting this villa, we offer two hours per day of complimentary play at either, depending on availability, along with discounted golf. You will also enjoy discounts at many of the Palmetto Dunes amenities. See below for more details.

We had a great time. Lovely condo. However, beds were not comfortable. That is the only negative for our trip. Great tennis package. We played 5 hours a day. Highly recommend.

Park really enjoy the resort and the golf but the condo we stayed at was lacking. It was old and dated, and there was no light in the bedroom ceiling or ceiling fans. I would highly recommend the resort but not the condo where we stayed at Centre Court.
