About this house rental
Our newly-renovated split-level home is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Located in downtown FWB, our home is close to all the action of the Emerald Coast!
The Space:
The main level features an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining and living space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal.
The open living room features ample seating and lounge space, a dining table for 8, cozy coastal decor and a large flat screen Smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking/kitchenware for all your cooking needs. The stainless steel appliances, gas range and large island with bar seating are perfect for any chef. Off the kitchen step outside to the large covered patio to catch a breeze with an evening cocktail or morning coffee by the in-ground pool.
The upper level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed complete with a full ensuite bathroom with large walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a full bath just outside the room.
On lower level you'll find a third bedroom, laundry room, and bonus room. The bedroom opens up to the back patio and pool and has a half bath. The bonus room is the perfect space to watch a movie our a big game on it 75" Smart TV. The large sofa folds out to a queen bed if an additional bed is needed. There is also an Air Assault stationary bike for a great workout!
Unwind and grill by the backyard pool and fire pit after your day at the beach or on the boat. You'll love how peaceful the family neighborhood is and the quiet street. Walk to the nearby park or to Downtown Fort Walton Beach.
Our driveway is large enough for 4 cars. Two of the spots are covered by a carport.
The house is 0.5 miles from Downtown FWB, 1.5 miles to Okaloosa Island Beaches, 0.25 miles to our neighborhood boat launch, 12 minutes to Destin and 10 minutes to Eglin AFB's main gate.

My friends and I really enjoyed your lovely property! The location can’t be beat as far as going to the beach or into Destin or just local shopping. It also happened to be right up the street from one of my favorite restaurants Don Cha’s! That was a welcome surprise! The check-in process was seamless and we thank you so much for allowing us early access. Your property is beautiful and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay.

Took my family and a couple extra friends to Destin/Ft Walton for my daughter’s senior trip. She wanted a place with a pool and where her and her friends would have their own space and this house was perfect. The girls had the lower bedroom and living space to themselves and me, my wife and other two kids had the rest of the house. The house was very clean and beds and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and is located very close to the main road that takes you to the beaches. If you’re looking for a house with a pool rather than a condo I would definitely recommend this.

House was very clean, and well equipped. Lots of storage. Beds were super comfy! Easy to communicate with owner.However, the pool was dirty and freezing! Only a half bath on main floor for one of the bedrooms. Pool guy showed up (not on day owner said) and never announced himself, just went into backyard, scared my 6 yr old to death.
