Amazing property directly on a quiet part of the beach in Oak Island, never anyone within 150 feet of us! House was very clean, very well-laid-out to accommodate our large extended family with little kids. The pool was a great addition right on the beach, and easily connected to the house to allow for multi-tasking. Check-in was a breeze and management company was very responsive on anything we needed. Only issue is whether we can stay here again!

Everything was great except the elevator stopped working after 1st night and we had 2 ederly people with us plus i have cancer and the stairs 3 flights were a bit rough.

Had large family check in with baby and 91/87 yr old couple. Elevator did not work on arrival and had to carry all luggage and groceries up 3 flights of stairs. Was without elevator for 2 days. Not a major problem for young people but the reason we rented this house was we needed the elevator for the 91 yr old. Also had a water leak in kitchen during a rain storm we had to clean up. The realty company was very responsive and helpful. During the week the realty company told us there would be a reduction in the rate we paid. We paid $18,000 for this house and we received a $500 discount. Disappointing
