This brand new villa enjoys a privileged location, no further than 50m from the beach with its own access through a few steps and a private path.
When you enter this fantastic house on the ground floor, there is the spacious living room and kitchen decorated with high quality furniture and glass sliding doors around that allow you to enjoy the infinite blue of the sea and the beauty of the Greek sky.
On the upper floors you will find five king size modern en-suite bedrooms , from which you can enjoy the sea view through the large glass windows.
Inside the villa compliments a fully equipped kitchen area, including oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee-maker, and all kitchen utensils, so you can enjoy cooking with a view, along with washing machine, Wi-Fi, bed linen, bath and pool towels and many additional features to complete your holiday experience.
Being on a slightly elevated level, 50m from the sea, the house offers superb views across the water whether from the comfortable armchairs on the terrace or one of the sunbeds on the decking of the swimming pool or even inside the infinity swimming pool
The bed positioning and room layout allows you to take in views of the Mediterranean and its beautiful sunsets from wherever you are.
During the day, big balconies help you enjoy the sublime lines of waves and during the night, the illuminated coastline from Agios Nikitas village stretching like a painting in front of you. Τhe lighted infinity pool adds the finishing touch to a perfect picture.

We had a great time at this place. The property was great, clean, well designed and beautifully decorated. There was a welcome package wating for us wich included water, paper towels, toilet paper and othe things. The pool was amazing and it will get cleaned every morning.

Great stay at a Great House. Infinity Pool -amazing and location - close to everything - steps away from Beach. House impeccable - one minor issue. Wifi needs to be better - not consistent as Cell service is spotty. But I would definitely recommend 100%
