Welcome to The Outpost! This fantastic 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is a top-tier Folly Beach vacation destination. It is a short walk to both the downtown Folly Beach area and the beach. An ideal location for not having to drive to the best activities the island has to offer, and only 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. From the luxurious bedding to high-end appliances, this beach house has everything for the whole family!
The open floor plan is excellent for entertaining family and friends. Living room boasts plenty of natural light and has a large TV. It's perfect for movie night with the family or watching your favorite team. Living area flows seamlessly into the dining area with seating for 6. Additional seating is at the kitchen island for a quick lunch with the kids. Prepare family meals with everything provided to cook and serve your hungry guests after a day exploring. Kitchen is fully stocked with serveware, cookware, and modern appliances. A gas grill is located on the deck, just steps from the kitchen.
Master bedroom is down the hall with 1 king bed, 1 twin over double bunk bed, flat screen TV, and desk. Second bedroom sleeps 2 guests with 1 queen bed. A full bathroom is found in the hallway and easily accessible by both guest bedrooms. All beds are made with fresh, high quality linens. Bath towel sets are provided for each guest for the maximum occupancy of the home.
Enjoy the breeze while lounging on the screened-in porch with an iced tea or a good book. Head to the beach and get your toes in the sand using the East 3rd St. public beach access, just a 5 minute walk away. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is free in the driveway area. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was close to the beach but not too close. We noticed it was busier and louder next to the beach, so we appreciated being on a quieter street. Everything was within walking distance. We had two dogs with us and it worked out great. Lots of room for them, and the cordless vacuum was nice for some quick clean-ups.

Close to all the activities on Folly Beach. Great restaurants. Home was well equipped and property managers were excellent. Property was very clean up on our arrival. If we return to this area again we would definitely book it again.

Spent 2 nights for a meeting. The house was PERFECT. Clean, bright, sunny, quiet. Couldn't ask for anything more.
