The Berkeley at Pebblecreek is available for rent fully furnished for the 2023 - 2024 winter season. Pebblecreek is an active adult community and all tenants must be 40+.
This freshly updated 1673 sqft home has two bedrooms and two baths plus a large den with an executive desk. The Master bedroom sleeps 2 in a king bed and has a 65" HDTV, walk-in closet, and views of the open space behind the home. The guest bedroom includes 2 XL twin beds that can be converted to a king if needed, and all beds have brand new upgraded Purple mattresses.
Located in the guard gated, Tuscany side of Pebblecreek, this lovely home features a covered patio area with warm winter southwest exposure, gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, firepit and lounge area. All new beautiful wood-like tile flooring has been installed throughout the house, the kitchen has been upgraded with new appliances, and features granite counter tops as well as an electric cook top. Location in Pebblecreek was great. House was clean, well taken care off. Good amenities, comfortable. Conveniently close to major arteries for getting around. Lots of restaurants and shopping in area.

The house was immaculate. Everything furnishings, and kitchen, where all the necessities were all there. House is fairly new and in great shape. Mike the property manager was very responsive for all of our needs. Good location a little bit far from the center of things, but not too bad. the only negative would be the distance from the house to the freeway, couldn’t hear it inside but outside on the patio, you could hear the freeway noise. Otherwise a great stay and a great house.
