About this house rental
Our newly renovated building has four apartments, and you will have access to all four of them! Two are on the first floor and two are on the second floor, and do require stairs. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a full bath, fully furnished kitchen, and plenty of living area. They are not connected, but literally steps away from each other. We are conveniently located near restaurants, shops, bars, Cincinnati, The Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Newport Aquarium, Reds, Riverbend and so much more!

The property is exactly as described - pretty in pink. Walkable to lots of charming restaurants and shops in OTR. There’s a church a couple blocks away that serves the homeless community so the drive in made me a little anxious. We felt safe thanks to the security system and auto lock doors. Parking is not permitted on the street so add 15 minutes to your arrival and departure to unload bags and carry to 3rd floor (not the property for someone who can’t easily walk stairs). The property was clean and stocked with everything you need. The host Drew was proactive and helpful. We loved this area and would stay again!
