Very nice for families

Clean and very comfortobable suite for a couple with two children. Balcony was good to observe the starry night. Located in a few minutes walk from the ferry.

Somehow the food selection during the breakfast was not as good as you would expect from the place/price (no croissants, no fish, some of the buns where really not fresh (very hard). Also, in the evening the staff said that the sauna is already closed, although according to the bookelet inside the room it was supposed to be opened for 50 more minutes. The checkout time is before sauna starts working. For us it was a one-night stay, so a little bit disappointing to miss the sauna.

When we arrived we were taken to see the dinnertable they set for us. We ordered wine and drinks in advange. We had the most perfect evening. The staff were so kind and great and they made us feel like we were the only party there. Everything perfect from start to finish and all guests agreed. The food was fantastic. The hotel is so clean and comfortable. This is our 4th stay here and we will come back. So lovely.

Cozy rooms with nice wooden and modern interior; bathrooms slightly outdated but still nice; good breakfast buffet; very close to the ferries and to other restaurants

NEVER again while Corona is the focus of warnings.

Everything was actually better than expected at this „transit“ hotel — before and/or after taking a ferry. However we found the gentleman they called „boss“ to be „ungepflegt“, actually a bit „schnuddelig“ and NOT as cautious with masks, hygiene and distancing as the times require. In fact during our 2 weeks in Schleswig Holstein, this was the ONLY restaurant/ bar where NONE of the personnel wore masks. Guests followed strict rules for distancing and wearing masks at distanced tables, etc.The food was excellent, the ambiance, rooms, actually everything was excellent, but we felt very disturbed by the lack of respect for the virus by the employees - and by the „boss“ himself.

The worse experience in an hotel in my life

The owner received us in the reception unfriendly. There were no explanations about the services of the hotel, when the checkout is due, etc as I experienced in other hotels with similar rates. In the room, there are no information about the hotel or services. No minibar in a 130€ room!! The breakfast buffet was very poor in offer and quantities, not adequate for the rates we were paying. The best was to come... the second evening the lights went off in the room. We called the reception and told us that someone would come to fix it. After 15 min we called again as nobody showed up. Then came the owner very unfriendly yelling at us that we were not the only guests and that he had the right to kick us out of the hotel. Something similar I've never seen in my experience in hotels in Europe and USA when travelling on business. Never again! Fortunately I found similar comments in the same direction about this hotel and the owner. So I am not the only person with the same opinion.It seems he is a colleric guy that doesn't have any empathy with the guests.

Zweisamkeit

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurztrip. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das Bett war sehr gut. Balkon mit Blick auf dem Parplatz. Sehr ruhig. Die Gardinen haben sehr gut abgedunkelt. Das Badezimmer war sehr schön, in der Dusche konnten wir zusammen duschen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, viel Auswahl. Der Sevice war hervorragend.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Das Frühstücksbuffet erschien uns im Vergleich von vor zwei Jahren etwas "ausgedünnt". Dennoch war alles vorhanden was zu einem Frühstück gehört. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Zimmer sind ausgezeichnet, das Essen abends im Restaurant war sehr schmackhaft - wir fühlten uns (mal wieder) sehr wohl hier.

Es gibt keine Butter mehr in kleinen verschweißten Portionspäckchen, auch Light-Butter war nicht (mehr) vorhanden. Stattdessen gibt es kleine steinharte (weil eiskalt) Butterstücke, mit denen man sich das Brot kaputtsäbelt. Auf Rückfrage hieß es: es gäbe aus umwelt-/hygienischen Gründen nur noch dieses Angebot. Ob es hygienischer ist wenn jeder in der Butterschale rumstochert wage ich zu bezweifeln.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert, sehr komfortabel und absolut ruhig. Wir haben am Abend im Restaurant lecker gegessen und wurden aufmerksam und freundlich bedient. Es gab ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Alles in Allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Der frühe check out um 10.00 Uhr. Wir konnten aber um eine Stunde verlängern.

Beim frühen Auschecken gab es außerhalb des Hotels keine Beleuchtung und ich bin im Dunkeln über eine Stufe gefallen. Ergebnis: blutiges Knie und verbogene Brille. Hier sollte der Hotelbesitzer schleunigst für eine Beleuchtung sorgen, bevor sich jemand schlimmer verletzt!!

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Deich (ca. 300 Meter). Großer Parkplatz, leider sehr stark belegt. Personal Norddeutsch freundlich.

Frühstück etwas einfach. Hier ist durchaus noch Luft nach oben.

Wieder sehr schöne Tage verbracht

Zimmer war schön groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.Frühstüch sehr vielfältig und qualitativ sehr gut. Bin jetzt zum 3. Mal in diesem Hotel und es war wieder außergewöhnlich schön. Personal sehr freundlich und wir durften auch die Koffer schon vorm einchecken deponieren. Abendessen im Restaurant sehr lecker.

Angehmer Kurzaufenthalt.

Das Personal an der Reception, sowie wie im angrenzenden Restaurant waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist im Restaurant zu empfehlen und die Portionen ausreichend.

Das Frühstück war zu einfach und das Personal zu unmotiviert. Teller zum auffüllen fehlten und das Nachfüllen des Buffet erfolgte auch nicht zeitnah.

Relativ großes Haus , sehr freundlicher Empfang, modernes Zimmer , sehr sauber und ruhig. Gutbürgerliches Essen , reichlich und gut .

Zuerst relativ kurz angebundene Bedienung.. besserte sich im Verlauf deutlich ! Je nachdem wie man es möchte ist das Frühstück überschaubar.. aber für uns völlig okay und die Brötchen waren super !
