The sparkling waters of Fair Harbor are just outside your back door at this waterfront home on the western shores of Treasure Island. Enjoy a private stretch of pebbly beach, an expansive deck overlooking the inlet, and a backyard firepit where you can roast marshmallows and admire spectacular sunsets.
This two-story, bayfront home is located on Treasure Island, a private island in Puget Sound connected to the mainland and the town of Grapeview via a one-lane bridge. It's a wonderful spot for launching kayaks from your private beach, playing the Lakeland Village Golf Course (five miles north), and exploring Twanoh and Belfair State Parks (both within a 15-mile drive).
The natural setting is a large part of what makes this home so special. Sip your first cup of coffee each morning outside on the waterfront deck, use the gas grill for lunchtime barbecues, and find the perfect seat for sunset on the deck, on the beach, or by the firepit.
The open living space is upstairs on the second floor, bringing together a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a breakfast bar and a dining room table for family meals, and a living room where you can watch movies and play games in the cozy warmth of the pellet stove. There's also a great workspace by the deck doors where you can log onto the WiFi and a bonus playroom downstairs for your kids.
Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite on the main floor; the others are guest rooms downstairs. A washer/dryer is on hand for your convenience as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a relaxing 2 nights here and it allowed for some wonderful family time. Plenty of room for everyone and the amenities were fine. They also had paddleboards available so we didn't need to bring ours. That's a plus and they should advertise that. Ants were a very big problem in the kitchen. We couldn't leave any food out as it would be covered with ants within an hour or two. Dishes left in the sink overnight were covered in ants. Additionally, the deck and railings could use a powerwash as there was a lot of moss and mildew growing on them. Other than that, the house was clean though.

We enjoyed the the house overall, despite floors being dirty upon arrival and dealing with ants and spiders. It met our needs as family of 5. Plenty of space.

I’m glad we read the reviews to know about all of the stairs to get down to the house. This is not noted in the description of the house and definitely should be. We had an elderly in our party and it was a challenge. The house is in a great location and has a lot of positives. It is very large and spacious. The downstairs is great for kids with a playroom with toys and a tv and perfect bunk room. However, you can hear every footstep from the upstairs main room. They did provide noise machines in the rooms which helped. But we had kids that took naps and went to bed earlier than the rest of us and that was a little challenging. However my biggest complaint was that the house is just not clean. If they actually cleaned the house before arrival it could be great. But the floors were very dirty. Sticky and dirt and dust all over. I swept, but wanted to mop and there was no mop on site. We all wore our shoes because our socks and slippers were filthy from walking around. We also killed 9 spiders in 2 days. I understand some of that is unavoidable but this was due to cobwebs and a lack of cleaning. If they did a deep cleaning and prioritized cleaning before arrival it would significantly improve this house.
