Usery Mountain Regional Park offers acres of trails to explore just minutes from your front door. If you'd prefer to have fun on or near the water, you're close to Salt River and the various activities associated with it, such as floating on inner tubes, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, horseback riding, swimming, or going on a scenic picnic.

Along with gorgeous countertops and a dedicated wine fridge, the deluxe stainless steel kitchen features all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils needed for family-style meal prep and happy hour hosting convenience. The enviable primary suite includes direct lanai access and a private en suite bathroom.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
