The apartment is characterized by its 48m²/516ft² rooftop terrace and 36m²/387ft² hardwood deck with stunning views of the San Juan del Sur Bay.
The apartment is part of a retreat of 9 rustic apartments located on a hill with a lush garden and splendid views, behind the docks, only a 5 minute walk from the beach and center of San Juan del Sur.
The 48m²/516ft² inside area consists of a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a hotwater-bathroom and a kitchen/living room with a desk to work on. The fully covered deck has hammocks, a big sofa, 6pp dinner table and rocking chairs. Fast internet, so perfect to work remote.
Included are wifi, ethernet, a gas stove/oven, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, a blender, sheets and towels. Cleaning is done by the caretakers wife every 5 days and is included in the price.
The apartment is the 2nd floor of a 2-story well built brick house.
We have a private parking lot, fit for 6 cars; during the day and night the caretaker family and night watchers are present. They receive the guests, clean the houses, maintain the garden and help you out.
Small shops nearby in the street to buy eggs, sugar etc. : the small hill is part of the fishermen neighborhood Camilo Ortega.
You are surrounded by a beautiful garden with fruit trees and bougainvillea. There is a communal terraces with a BBQ. free to use.
From the entrance/private parking lot, there is a 50m/164ft path through the garden leading to the brick building.
