About this house rental
Villa Anastasia is a comfortable three-bedroom home located just a short walk from the sea, in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is bright and spacious, with a large living room, a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need, and three clean bathrooms. Big windows let in lots of light, and the rooms are simply decorated in soft, relaxing colours. Outside, there is a private swimming pool, a lawn with sun-beds, and a covered terrace that’s perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing in the shade. It’s a peaceful place where guests can enjoy privacy and comfort while staying close to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

This villa is a little tired but over shadowed by location and pool cleaned twice in our stay. Very old TV requires upgrade. Other big plus is Coral Bay strip within 7 minutes walk and has all you need. Overall a definite must stay would definitely book again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Villa Anastasia! The Villa itself had a lovely patio / pool / garden area, nice spacious rooms, nice-sized bathrooms (as well as a downstairs toilet) and a good kitchen. It is also the perfect walking distance into Coral Bay, where there are lots of great restaurants and bars. It was lovely and quiet at the villa during our stay. There were a few really minor things that could have been improved upon e.g., the downstairs floor wasn’t as clean as it could have been when we arrived, and there isn’t enough kitchen glassware / bowls etc for 6 people (although there is a dishwasher so it wasn’t a major problem) and the kettle didn’t work. Mathew at VRBO was really helpful from the moment we made the booking, and provided lots of useful information to help us with our stay. More information at the Villa about how some of the appliances worked e.g the TV and the fans, would have been great, but we worked it out in the end. Overall, this is a lovely villa in a great location and we would definitely book again. Thank you!

Having to the Coral Bay area many times with different family members, this villa was very homely and neighbours great. The wine and fruit on arrival was a lovely touch. The villa was very clean and had everything you wished for. Walk into town was easy/short, but far enough away. Also really appreciated the facilities and spare bin bags, loo rolls etc. The one small maintenance issue was dealt with promptly and sorted within 24 hours. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to other travellers and will definitely consider for our next visit - assuming there are <=6 of us. Mathew is a great host.

Clean and comfortable villa in perfect location. 5 min walk to many lovely restaurants. Positioned in a pretty road with sea view from upstairs balcony. Coral Bay beach is only a 10 mins walk away.
Nothing really to complain about although a few more larger drinking glasses would be nice as the ones in the kitchen are tiny. Also a couple of chairs would be good on the balcony as there is nothing to sit on to admire the fabulous view. Despite that we would definitely like to return one day.
