Construction Notice:
The resort will be undergoing a complete renovation of the Exterior and Interior of the Camelia & Magnolia buildings from Nov. 22, 2025, through Jan. 30, 2026. Please expect to see contractors and hear construction noise during your upcoming stay.

The spacious two bedroom, two bath oceanfront villa features a fully equipped kitchen (Coffee maker, dishwasher, full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, cookware, and cleaning supplies), in-unit washer and dryer, and open separate dining and living areas. The primary bedroom is complete with a king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The villa features a guest bedroom with two twin beds and another full bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a door to the large, fully-furnished patio. The dining area features a large table with 6 chairs. There is also an in-room safe, iron & board, and a separate work desk with an electrical outlet. Villa unit location on property assigned at check-in.
On-demand shuttle service is available between Marriott's Monarch at Sea Pines and overflow parking lots 1 & 4 from 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday through Friday. Service is also available between Marriott's Monarch at Sea Pines and Harbour Town.
Cashless Resort - The only acceptable form of payment is credit/debit cards.
An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit
There is a one-time $9 entrance fee instituted by Sea Pines Plantation where the property is located. After checking in, you are given a pass for the duration of your stay to get into the gate (pricing is subject to change).
After hours: Arriving guests should utilize the phone located on Marriott's Monarch front porch to reach the front desk at Marriot's Monarch Club front desk. The manager on Dutty will meet the guest with arrival materials.
