Overview:
Yoder's Homestead is a charming hobby farm in beautiful Lawrence county, MO, just three miles south of Route 66. Along with being sparkling clean, we have a kitchen with the basics for cooking and baking, and a dining room for enjoying your meals. There are also four bedrooms and three bathroom, and a spacious living room. Outdoors you will find a lovely yard with a playset, a patio with a firepit, a barn where you can gather your own eggs for breakfast, and other small farm animals for you to enjoy. We have made special effort to make this rental family friendly and it will be the perfect place to get away from it all and relax.
If your check-out date falls on a Sunday, we offer free 6:00 PM Sunday checkout. It's our way of saying thank you.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.
- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The house was spacious, amazingly clean, and extremely comfortable. Everyone enjoyed interacting with the animals- what a treat! If you’re looking to get away with your loved ones for some together time, I suggest this home. Thank you to the lovely hosts who were friendly and helpful!
