About this house rental
The Hideaway Leucadia is a newly renovated 1 bd 1 ba detached space on our property with it's own private entrance and yard. It boasts 13' tall ceilings with exposed beams, artisanal finishes and bespoke decor. The couch is a pull out to sleep two additional guests. There is an outdoor firepit to enjoy summer nights in Southern California! The property is a 20min walk to downtown Leucadia and Beacons Beach. Close to many famous surf spots; Beacons, Swamis, Ponto, Grandview etc.
The double french doors open up the space for an indoor/outdoor vibe.
**The house is near the interstate 5. Great for getting around to everything else San Diego has to offer, bad for noise. Keep that in mind if you are looking for total piece and quite!
There is a washer/dryer, wifi, netflix, amazon prime, google chromecast
Guest access
There is one parking spot in the driveway out front for your stay. If additional parking is needed there is off street parking near by.
Other things to note
We love and welcome your fuzzy family members. There is a small pet fee and we do ask that they stay off of the furniture so that any guests who may come after with allergies don't have issues.
If your wish to bring your pet please let us know so we can adjust accordingly.

Brittany’s place is clean, comfortable, cozy and quiet! Everything you need is provided in the house, the side yard/backyard is so cozy and the perfect way to unwind and spend your evening. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore all of Leucadia and Encinitas’ best spots! Staying here made us miss living in Encinitas so much but we’re so grateful for this beautiful place and will absolutely be booking again when we need our Encinitas/Leucadia fix!
