A stones throw from clean, tidal waters of Minnamurra river and local beaches – ideal for SUPing, kayaking, surfing or fishing enthusiasts, and around the corner from Kiama Golf Club. Picturesque coastal walks from the doorstep and a great cafe just around the corner. Only 5 minutes drive south to Kiama township or 10 minutes drive north to Shellharbour Village. The home suits families or small groups for short or long stays and has a 4K 55” Smart Television & Very Fast WiFi throughout.
Features an oversized, modern, fully-equipped, kitchen and open plan living opening out onto an extra outdoor bbq and covered entertainment area, 2 separate living areas, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a stunning outdoor HOT shower to wash off all the sand after a great day at the beach or river.
Fully equipped with ducted air conditioning throughout, a large, flatscreen, smart TV/stereo, a large selection of puzzles, games and toys for the kids, and an outdoor kitchen and entertaining area. Very Fast Wifi (>100Mbps) throughout the property.

Minnamurra – located a short drive from Sydney or Canberra, has everything to offer, clean beaches, boat ramps, a tidal river with exposed sand bars for the younger children to play on, and an 18 hole golf coarse and clubhouse. Don’t forget the push bikes or walking shoes as the walk/cycle way is directly at the front of the property, which travels along majestic ocean views and headlands North to Shellharbour or South to Kiama and Gerringong.
The best cafe in town is around the corner, and the train station is just down the road
Train station is just down the road – 2 hours from Sydney; 10 minutes into Kiama
Bus-stop to Shellharbour shops or Kiama township is just around the corner
Guests staying in the other guesthouses will be sharing the driveway for walking access to their spaces, but otherwise, all 3 spaces are completely private and separate.
