Movies & Kids’ Cinema: Vacation at the "Lavendel"
If you love the sun on vacation, the "Lavendel" vacation rental is the place for you. It’s the sunniest apartment in our historic farmhouse. You’ll be greeted by sunlight as soon as you sit down for breakfast, and in the afternoon, the two French balconies offer views to the south and west—the perfect vantage point to wind down the day with a beautiful island sunset.
Seeing the World Through a Child’s Eyes We kept our youngest guests in mind when renovating the sloped ceilings: In the rooms, you’ll find small, floor-to-ceiling "peephole windows." This is the absolute highlight for kids! In the morning, they can snuggle up on the carpet in their pajamas and, as if through a secret porthole, watch what’s rustling outside in the Wichtelwald or see who’s already out and about in the courtyard. It doesn’t get much safer or more exciting than this for toddlers.
Space for the whole family At 60 m², the "Lavendel" is a true space-saving marvel and ideal for families with up to 3 children. While peace and quiet reigns in the parents’ bedroom, the children’s room becomes a den of adventure: With a sturdy bunk bed and a separate single bed, every child can find their favorite spot here—without any arguments about who sleeps where.
Central Yet a Retreat You’ll be staying on the first floor, right in the middle of things, yet still having your own space. You’ll have a view of the garden and the yard, yet you’re high enough up to enjoy some peace and quiet. And when the kids need to burn off some energy? Just head down the stairs and you’ll find yourself right in the middle of the Wichtelweide kids’ paradise, complete with a play barn, animals, and plenty of space.
