This exclusive, newly built section of a house in the popular
Salzwiesen area of Tinnum, with unobstructed views of the dunes, guarantees breathtaking sunsets and offers every comfort for a wonderful vacation. The
unit (site plan A1) spans a total of 4 floors, is equipped to
accommodate up to 5 people, and impresses with its color-coordinated
interior.
The highlight of the house is a cozy, open-concept living-dining area
featuring a comfortable sofa nook, a gas fireplace, and a large dining table. From the living area,
you have direct access to the south-facing terrace, the west-facing terrace, and the garden with
garden furniture and a seasonal beach chair (April–Oct.). The high-quality, modern
open kitchen is perfect for long evenings of cooking with family and
friends. The utility room features a wine refrigerator.
The house also has three comfortable bedrooms with built-in closets,
