Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed, a lounge area, a walk-in closet, a balcony and a spa-style bath, and two more bedrooms open to balconies.
Outside, the geometric pool has a stone deck, white loungers, cushioned seating and several dining tables, with a grill beside the home. The seawall was recently completed, and the southwest exposure gives the backyard evening light. Miami Beach, Wynwood, the Design District and Downtown Miami are a short drive over the causeway.
