Sea Foam Resort- Ocean Isle Beach

1. Host Foster outstanding. Great communicator and very nice person. He was on site at 4 pm check in day. Explained everything we needed to know about this beautiful home. 2. Home was beautiful. Great floor plan for our party of 16. The added bonus room with 2 queen beds, 2nd refrigerator and separate ice refrig, was great for our large party. The pool, putting green and pool basketball goal was a lot of fun. The beach was only a 3-5 minute walk. The only recommendation would be replace the bed pillows. Thanks again to Foster for being a great host.3. 1 last comment. Ocean Isle is a very clean, safe area.

Our family has used VRBO many times for vacations but this booking was one of our very best experiences! We were headed down in the midst of a tropical storm, thank you Mother Nature. Foster, the property manager went above and beyond to make sure we were kept up to date with conditions, travel info, and safety was the concern. Not money. He was top notch! Now for the house, it is EXACTLY like the puctures! Bright, beautiful, and brand new. My family loved that there were 2 living spaces. One one the second floor with bedrooms and one on the third floor with bedrooms. It allowed everywhere to spread out, not feel cramped. It was wonderful for multigenerational families or multiple family units staying. Our other favorite spot was the pool. Our kids preferred it to the beach this trip! grateful!There is room to bring a golf cart from home or rent one. . Lots of space indoors and out. It is very close , you can literally see it , to the end of the isle. It makes for fun exploring. Our kids found cool ocean creatures like sea cucumbers, crabs, all kinds of shells. It was great fun! If I had to suggest anything, it would be nonslip rugs near the doors coming in from the pool and outside. Currently there aren't any and it can get slippery even if the kids dry off first. Thanks To Foster ans his team for an amazing family vacation! We are so grateful!

Our family had a wonderful stay at SeaFoam! The house feels brand new, was very clean, and is beautifully decorated. Spacious and lovely. Our bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great. All ages had a great time. The beach is a short walk away and the pool was fantastic. The house included pool toys and beach chairs. Loved everything about it!

Trash and recycle cans were overflowing when we arrived. Previous renters did not know that trash is collected on fridays and not saturday. We waited until Tuesday for trash and recycle to be picked up.There were no body or hand towels for bathrooms when we arrived. When we called about it they delivered six bath mats for 18 people. Sunday they finally got it right and delivered body towels.Elevator was difficult to use and did not function well.Water filter in main kitchen refrigerator was expired. When we asked them to replace it they sent a maintenance worker who said he had to order the part. They never replaced the water filter, which they should have been able to buy at a local hardware store. Icemaker on first floor did not work for the first several days. They were able to repair it. Hosts communicated well and were quick to respond to issues via email, but that quick response did not always solve the problem.
