Two blocks off the square makes it walking distance to town and walking trail right next to the property. Town square offers great restaurants, shopping, opera house and Granbury Live. Large, fenced back yard with fire pit, horse shoe pit. Gas grill. Covered patio area with table, couch and love seat. Kids game room with foosball and board games. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Krueg coffee maker. Beach is one mile away. Lake activities available including boating and fishing. Also located next to the parade route.

We had such a wonderful time. It was our anniversary trip and the house was a pleasant surprise. We brought our little dog with us and the back yard is fenced so it made potty time a breeze. It was wonderful to not have to get on an elevator and then look for somewhere with grass like at a hotel.The house was fixed so cute I loved the original old doors and stuff but I’m an antique lover. Overall , the house is just the perfect little house with a farmhouse vibe. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to downtown which made it super easy to go back and forth. We honestly never contacted the property owners because everything was working perfectly and we never needed to contact them at all. The house was well stocked with seasoning, cooking oil, sugar , creamer and even coffee pods. We didn’t do any cooking but everything was there if we had wanted to. The only thing I would have preferred would have been a regular coffee pot but it advertised a keureg so I brought my own pot and coffee. I would definitely stay here again.
