Right next to the IE Business School. You’ll love this studio—it’s bright and very centrally located on the seventh floor with an elevator, right in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood. It’s a comfortable and charming studio that’s also absolutely peaceful and quiet. Ideal for students, IE executives, or anyone who wants to enjoy an afternoon on a terrace with a wonderful view.

This apartment features a double bed, a two-seater sofa in the living-dining room, and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub—we’ll provide fresh towels for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic-glass stove, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as all the supplies and appliances you’ll need to feel right at home during your stay.
It’s a studio perfect for relaxing after a day of work or exploring the streets of Madrid. I’ve left several books that can make your free time enjoyable. I assure you that you’ll enjoy your stay here.
It’s equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

The entire apartment is available for our guests to enjoy privacy during their stay. It is fully equipped and functional. All you need to do is arrive with your personal belongings and start enjoying your trip.
The nearest Metro stop is Avenida de América (Lines 4, 6, 7, 9), which is a 5-minute walk away
The nearest parking lots are:
- Parking Garajes Asegurados Federados and María de Molina
IMPORTANT: If you’re coming by car, please note that the apartment is located within the SER ZONE, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that while you may enter the zone in a private vehicle, you may only park on the street for a maximum of 2 hours. Therefore, if you’re coming by car, you’ll need to use a parking garage during your stay

We travel a lot, so we’ll help you in any way we can, because we know how difficult it can sometimes be to find your way around a city. We can give you directions and make recommendations. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted in person. Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins after 8:00 PM until 10:00 PM incur a €35 surcharge, payable by the guest upon key pickup. Check-ins after 10:00 PM until 11:00 PM incur a €75 surcharge to be paid by the guest upon key pickup.
The guest is responsible for the cost of locksmith services in the event of lost keys or keys left inside the property (€150 to be paid to the locksmith prior to the property being unlocked).
Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations are subject to penalties imposed by the relevant authorities.
Turn off the lights and the air conditioning before leaving. Please take out the trash every day, paying special attention during the summer months. There are designated trash bins on the street for this purpose.
Please leave the house tidy before you leave. Please treat the house with respect; I expect the best from you. Thank you very much.
