We arrived at the property and was told on check in that our unit was double booked and we would need to relocate to a different property down the road a few miles. No big deal for us, but our family guests had to get yet another Uber to relocate. We checked in to 2nd property and immediately were approached by time share sales. Not what we came here to do... at all. Once in the unit we discovered that the Air Conditioning was broken and Had to be relocated again to another unit. All was well until the last day: we asked for a one hour extension on check out, but the door lock had not been reset and we locked ourselves out while loading up when the door shut. That required another visit to the check in desk where maintenance was called to open the door. Overall a great property but a lot of snags that could have been avoided if customer service was a priority.
