The house was accurately described as being in a nice residential neighborhood. It was clean, comfortable, and simply furnished. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with almost all possible pans, kettles, and dishes. An outdoor patio was a pleasant place to sit and visit. Parking was enough for three cars plus no problem with parking on the street. Seven senior women had a very good time at this house. We did wish that there had been written instructions for the tv and oven. I’m sure if we had phoned Kelly she would have given us direction but the time wasn’t convenient.( Kelly was good at responding to all my questions) Also the house is in a nice walking area.

This house was wonderful. Kelly was a great host! There was plenty of room for our family of 7. The house was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The heated floor in the downstairs bathroom was a nice bonus! The coffee maker was not working and Kelly made sure to bring a new one, even in a storm. We will definitely stay here again if we have another trip to Minneapolis. :)

When booking this location, we decided on it based on the reviews. The hosts were very attentive, property was easy to find, check in/out process was great, and the renovations done were very nice. But several people noted in their reviews how clean the home was, that was not our experience. Several stains on rugs and furniture, the floor in the kitchen was very sticky and gritty, toilet paper roll in the bathroom was broken and bathroom overall could use a very deep clean.
