About this house rental
This newly renovated single-story villa is located in the center of Mouriès and features a private pool.
The centerpiece of this garden is a linden tree planted by the owner’s great-great-grandparents, which provides refreshing shade over part of the garden.
With a floor area of 100 m² on one level, the house features:
Living area: open-concept kitchen equipped with induction cooktops, coffee makers, and a refrigerator; central island with 2 bar stools.
Adjoining pantry: with washing machine, sink, and freezer.
Dining room: Table and 6 chairs, plus a raised wooden chair for small children. Decorative fireplace, 3-seater and 2-seater sofas, television.
Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed, wall-mounted closet
Bedroom 2: 140 cm bed and closets
Bedroom 3: Two 80 cm beds or one 160 cm bed and a dresser
Bathroom: with a sink and shower stall
Raised toilet: separate, located in the hallway
Outdoor areas:
Covered patio in front of the pool with a table, two benches, and two chairs. Open-concept refrigerator
2 lounge chairs and 2 large beanbags by the pool.
Flat-bottom pool accessible via a ladder. (Open starting May 15)
Please note:
The house is right in the center of the village, within walking distance of all shops, and is located on a “family-friendly” cul-de-sac.
Two split-system air conditioners in the hallways keep the house cool.
The property is fully fenced; only small dogs are welcome. Cats are not allowed due to allergy concerns.
Vehicle parking is available on the public street in a private, padlocked space.

We Loved the house, much bigger then its on the photos, garden it’s amazing and great for a dog, we have golden retriever. There is big tree in the middle of the garden and it’s amazing for the shade because it does get very hot, pool is brilliant for swimming, we had endless fun in there. And Isabelle and Serg are amazing, they love dogs and they help you with any advice we’re to go. Also house is 5 minutes on the foot to local restaurants and bars. Definitely stay again. Hugo is missing it already :) xx

The house was great - very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space and all the amenities that you could need. Isabelle was a great host and she and her family were very helpful if we needed anything.
