This beautiful retreat located in the private Ock-A-Bock Terrace community is located just a block from Flanders Bay and is perfect for a family vacation. This 2000 sq ft home comes with access to a gated, small private beach where you’ll find calm, shallow waters, ideal for families with children. Our 4 bedroom 2 ½ bath summer home also includes a full outdoor bath and shower. This 2 story home has central air, first floor laundry and sleeps 10 comfortably.

This beach house has two decks (upper and lower) to enjoy the North Fork summer. The upper deck, perfect for watching sunsets, has a retractable awning and gas firepit as well as a gas grill for ease of entertaining. The large, open living area, located on the second floor, has wrap around windows to take in the beauty of the North Fork and Flanders Bay, a full dining area and a living room with a large screen smart TV and built in bar.

The main suite is located on the second floor with a full bath. The three bedrooms on the first-floor sleep 8 comfortably with one room containing 2 sets of bunk beds making it great for kids and families. The bottom floor entrance leads out to a large, covered deck.

This house is just minutes away from fine dining, a water park, aquarium, public golf courses, fabulous North Fork vineyards and great shopping. The location also is very convenient to explore Historic Greenport and the South Fork including Cupsogue Beach County Park located in Westhampton Beach.
