A custom-built, craft-style home sitting just a few steps from the water is situated on 1.5 beautiful acres on the northeastern shore of Lake Cobbosseecontee in Manchester, Maine.
SUMMER LIVING: Slow down, connect with nature, and find peace and tranquility in the tree-lined back yard. Ducks, loons, and other wildlife are no strangers to this isolated and quiet place. Take a canoe, kayak, or paddleboard to explore the nearby brook for a different perspective of the area. Or enjoy a swim off the dock or rocky shoreline.
If you’re looking for a more fast-paced and exciting stay, this property also has a dock to moor boats or jet skis. Or utilize the spacious outdoor areas for grilling, games, and entertainment.
At the house you’ll find private as well as community spaces, hi-speed WIFI, a spacious kitchen, a dedicated work/office space, a game room, stunning views of the water, and multiple porches where you can witness the best of life on the lake, and the captivating beauty of Maine’s sunrises and sunsets.
WINTER-TIME*: Winter in Maine provides a variety of unique experiences. Once the lake has frozen over a whole new world opens up. The house was amazing just as it was last year! The kitchen was fully stocked and had almost everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal, and the house was just perfection. Our family had a wonderful holiday along with the beautiful view! Dan was so wonderful and we will definitely be back!
