One bedroom condo steps from UNL. The condo is located in the six-story 1040 O Street Building in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. The building is one of Lincoln’s best Art Deco-style buildings, originally constructed in the early 1900's. Newly furnished, with brand new appliances. Walk to an event at the Lied Center, catch a movie at the theatre that's right across the street, or head over to a bar or restaurant in the Haymarket. Walking distance to Memorial Stadium and Pinnacle Bank Arena. There is a Mill coffee shop on the ground floor as well!

This is a great location to downtown Lincoln and a short walk to the Haymarket area and UNL campus. Parking is provided which is always appreciated. Jackie is an excellent host and went out of her way to provide a coffee maker to us as we prefer brewed coffee over Keurig. On our pilgrimages to Lincoln in the future, we will look forward to staying here.

Jackie was an incredible host! Her condo was safe, charming, and in the perfect location for attending the Savannah Bananas baseball game. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. My two young children, my aunt and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Jackie was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to booking with Jackie in the future!

Property was exactly as stated and pictured. We went to see a game at Memorial Stadium and couldn’t have picked a better location. Property was within walking distance of the stadium and Haymarket where there are restaurants galore. We loved the setup of the place and appreciated the immaculate cleanliness. Looking forward to booking another trip to stay here!

Was surprised that we did not get a 2 bedroom unit, as this is where I started and ended with a unit for 4 adults with a foldout bed (not very comfortable). And we were more than a few minutes away from the arena & never heard back about the possibility of bus transportation to the arena. Otherwise, the unit was fine.
