The building is one of Lincoln’s best Art Deco-style buildings, originally constructed in the early 1900's. Newly furnished, with brand new appliances. Walk to an event at the Lied Center, catch a movie at the theatre that's right across the street, or head over to a bar or restaurant in the Haymarket. Walking distance to Memorial Stadium and Pinnacle Bank Arena. There is a Mill coffee shop on the ground floor as well!

Great communication. Great location. I gave a 4 star because of the bed. The bed base was noisy and tall to get in to and for a stomach sleeper not comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the place and the parking was nice and easy to use.
