About this apartment rental
Whether you’re looking for some relaxation and time in nature or booking for business reasons, this beautiful, open-concept apartment meets all your needs. With 110 square meters of living space, the warm tropical wood floors and fireplace, combined with the modern furniture, make you feel right at home. It’s the perfect destination for vacationers or business travelers (2 desks are available), and everyone can enjoy the 1,600-square-meter garden with a pool, hot tub, grill, pavilion, and the sauna & infrared cabin in the wellness area.
House Rules:
- Parties and events are not permitted
- Outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the apartment; please wear slippers whenever possible
- Non-smoking apartment: smoking is permitted on the balcony and in designated areas of the garden
- Please keep the volume down after 10:00 p.m., and starting at midnight, please adjust noise levels (TV, music, talking, walking, etc.) so as not to disturb other residents during their nighttime rest.
- Since our neighborhood is very quiet and we want to be considerate of our neighbors, we ask that you keep noise levels reasonable even during the day. This applies especially in the garden, pool, and hot tub areas.
- Please do not move the furniture.
- To ensure consistently good water quality, please shower before each use of the hot tub and outdoor pool. (A hot water shower is available in the outdoor area.)
The hot tub is for nude use only.
- Please do not use glasses or glass bottles at or in the pool or hot tub.
Plastic cups are available in the apartment.
- Please close all windows when leaving the apartment.
- Before checkout, please dispose of trash in the bins in front of the house (we recycle).
Opening hours:
- Check-in from 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
- The garden (including the grill) and outdoor pool are open from 11:00-18:00
- The wellness area and hot tub are open from 11:00-21:00
