Apartments were very clean and cozy. Owner was very friendly and met us in deep night, that was significant point for us. There were some food and water for us, also there was coffee. Washroom is little, but comfortable. Parking problem isn’t a rare thing for Istanbul, but in 200 metres there was good parking with the security.
Location isn’t so comfortable, because on one hand there are some utterly noisy streets near to apartments, but on the other hand there are some dangerous streets which aren’t comfortable for families and children. Notice that if you are with children.

The Apartment was in very clean, spacious, in a good location and was exactly as advertised
The noise outside the Apartment can be loud till late.
We were on the 3rd floor and the steps can be hard climbing up
