Great location and value. Wonderful staff! Nice breakfast and having fruit and coffee available all day is a special treat.
Lots of stairs as there is no elevator.

Its a very basic hotel with exceptional staff. For Aspen it was an incredible value. The AC was exceptional. The front desk clerks were beyond kind and supportive. We will definitely stay there again.

Ruben, the general manager was welcoming and very helpful during our stay. The property was clean, beds comfortable, healthy breakfast, and location is downtown Aspen. Price was very fair for Aspen.
The place suit our needs for a weekend.

Decent breakfast, public space was nice and generally welcoming during the day.
This room had a strange heating system and the bathroom was COLD. Not really walkable to town, but close for a drive. We were shushed at 9 pm in a public space where there was a sign that read quiet hours after 10 pm. Plus nobody appeared to be staying here besides the staff. (Shoulder season)
