Localização privilegiada. 1 minuto a pé da praia, bares, restaurantes e supermercado. Piscina do condomínio. Garagem privada. Apartamento completo com possibilidade de fazer refeicoes. AC. TV por cabo. Possibilidade de refeicoes na varanda. Apartamento moderno. Disponibilidade do proprietário.
Falta de "blackouts" e/ou estores. A partir das 6 da manha com o sol a nascer a luz entra por todo o apartamento dificultando o descanso. Os colchões sao de molas e muito desconfortaveis. As almofadas nao tem fronhas. Sem internet.

- air condition was not maintained or cleaned at all it is full of mold and we all got allergies and sickness from it, you need it or you will boil in the morning as sun is direct at all 3 rooms
