I cannot remember the young lads name who met us, but he was very friendly and left us his telephone number for if we had any problems. He was very quick to respond. The flat was in an ideal location for getting around the city. It had everything we needed (except a toaster). The supermarket literally outside the front door was very good. Once we figured out the Tram system, getting around was simple and cheap. We bought 7 day tickets that allowed as many trips as we wanted. Kracow is a lovely City and we will definitely be going there again.

We had not been told that it was on a building site, so the noise was at times very difficult. Worse still was the work going on inside the block as the builders started very early so a lay in was impossible. It would not have stopped us booking the flat, but we would have been prepared with ear plugs! One thing that would be helpful is a welcome pack of local information. For example, a tram map and how to buy tickets, there are two nice places to eat within five minutes walk, a Chinese and a Bistro, not easily found on Google. Instructions on where to take your rubbish, instructions on how to use the electrical appliances. How to get into the property without the key if your party splits up.

The house is very spacious. Rooms are large. There is everything you might need in the kitchen. The host is nice and very helpful.

It could have been much cleaner. It would be nice to have enough towels for everyone. And it would be good if one bedroom has curtains.

Nice location, modern flat, walking distance from Old Town and river. Nice place to relax.
