My water heater didn’t work all through out my stayed and I called the management they couldn’t do anything for two night I stayed. I could not even shower.

The only think I enjoyed there is the smart tv is working

New years Getaway

Beautiful modern apartment complete with all amenities you'd need for a self catering stay. Free on premises parking with view of the car out my window, quick and short access to the city. It was comfortable and lovely. Hosts responded timeously when communication was needed. Great staff.

Disappointing, not comfortable

The customer service person Cherry was very helpful, the host Yaya was friendly and polite

It was difficult to access the property, I had to make telephone calls and it was stressful after a long drive. We arrived on time but took about 20 minutes to get in. The property was described as bright and stylish. It was neither. It was on ground level overlooking car park so it was not bright. If blinds were up you would be visible to all. The apartment was clean but furniture (sofa) was grubby. The bed was not a full double. The mattress was lumpy. The duvet cover did not fit the duvet, it was unbelievable. It had been folded to fit in the case and 5 inches of duvet hanging out bottom of duvet cover. There was no mattress protector. My partner attempted to sleep on the sofa as the bed was too small for 2 adults , it was too small and she ended up having no sleep. The bathroom radiator was not attached to the wall. Kitchen table was scratched. We did find some instructions for heating but nobody showed us where it was or showed us how to use heating so first night we were freezing. We could not get the tv remote to work but in any case due to the layout it was impossible to watch tv in comfort. I was extremely disappointed with the standard of accommodation and would not recommend it. I felt sorry for the staff who were probably a bit embarrassed.

loved it!

the apartment was so clean an well lit due to the huge windows. The supervisor who I was in contact with was absolutely lovely, very friendly and quick to answer to any questions and issues. I must say the bed was unbelievably comfortable I almost didn’t want to get out of it in the morning 😂

This place is lovely, Free parking was a plus too.

The apartment was good, everything was clean. The receptionist was nice.

The only thing I don’t like about this property is the fact that it has blinds. The place needs curtains. Part of the rules is to get rid of the bin and wash dishes on checking out. Not impressed with that.
