We loved it there. It's charming and in a great location. The owners were very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. We had a lot planned in the region and unfortunately didn't get to spend much time around their lovely grounds and pool. We all slept very well in their comfortable beds and also because the air conditioning worked well. We were there while it was super hot, so a not very useful air conditioning unit could have made for some restless nights.
There was a slight musty smell in the hallway and one of the bathrooms. I'm not sure much could have been done since we closed up the house to keep it cool and to keep the mosquitos out.

Evelyn is the most wonderful host you will ever have the privilege of knowing. She gave us the names of wonderful restaurants and even called and make our reservations. The wine and charcuterie plate we purchased from her was outstanding! Delicious wine from her vineyard and some of the best cheese we had while in France. She made our trip very special.
