Lokalizacja. Meble i dwa schowki więc ją ktoś jedzie na dłużej to super sprawa, na weekend niepotrzebna.
Obiekt wymaga sprzątania ale nie pobieżnego tylko gruntowego. Prysznic niedomyty, kurzu dużo, chodniki nie odkurzone. Firanki ledwo wiszą. Zasłony latem zupełnie nie spełniają swojej funkcji- są za małe i nie zasłaniają słońca. Brak dużego lustra.
