Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Lage ist super und die Umgebung ist ruhig. Es ist ein gemütlicher Spaziergang um die Innenstadt zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.
Ein kleines Manko, leider ist das Sofa durch gesessen.

Ruhige Lage
Balkon könnte etwas geschützter sein ( ggf. Verkleidung anbringen) , kann etwas"zugig" sein.Heizung brauch etwas lang um richtig warm zu werden. Auf ausreichend Toilettenpapier bitte achten.
